Rather than focusing on a single terroir, AIM Phuket draws inspiration from across Thailand from the richness of the North to the abundance of the Andaman coast. Carefully selected local ingredients from diverse regions are reimagined through modern culinary precision, honoring provenance while presenting a distinctly contemporary expression.
Founded by Mr. Tanapon Tienjanwong and supported by Phuket Thienthong, the restaurant was established with a long-term vision: to elevate Phuket’s dining standards while contributing meaningful value to the region’s gastronomic reputation.
At the helm is Chef May Phattanant Thongthong, an award-winning Thai chef and Global Chef Challenge gold medalist, whose culinary philosophy blends sustainability, refinement, and bold yet balanced flavor profiles.
